Triumphant twos!

Yes, Freya has turned two and no it is not terrible. She is so wonderful and learning so much every single day. I cannot believe how much of a wonderful little girl she is turning into. Her speech, for one, is incredible. She holds sentences and conversation and understands so much of what is going on around her. We have tackled numbers, colours and letters and she is succeeding in them all. Deans parents are deaf - so we have started teaching her some basic sign language and shes excelling herself in it and understands that her grandparents cant hear her.
Anyways so she turned two. We had to have a fabulous party for her. Filled with bouncy castle fun, bubbles, loads of music and of course as much cake as she could possibly imagine. It was everything she loved. We had such a wonderful day and she enjoyed every second of it. In all honesty it went far too fast.
For Freyas actual birthday and birthday present off us (because she has everything) we decided to take her to the zoo. Which she could not get enough of. She loved it so much.
We spent the day running around the zoo, finding all the animals. It was so wonderful to see her runnign around and just having the time of her life.
When she spotted that there was face painting she lost her cooll and had to have one. She was so cute whilst getting it done - she sat so still and asked to be a white tiger. (Which she chose herself)
She was so impressed and chuffed with it. She could not stop smiling.

Now time to start planning birthday number 3 for her, I think.
